Hanna’s Brownies
Amazing brownies with great texture and a nice hint of coffee

Ingredients
- 57 g butter, melted
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 50 g muscavado sugar
- 40 g milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 71 g flour
- 32 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chopped chocolate (I like to mix dark and white)
Instructions
- Set the oven to 175°C
- Prepare a smaller baking pan lined with baking paper
- Mix melted butter, sugar, milk, salt, vanilla sugar and instant cofee powder in a bowl
- Sift and mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a separet bowl
- Mix the two bowls, and stir in the chopped chocolate
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes in the bottom of the oven. The surface should look a bit dry and cracked.
