Hangover noodles
Super tasty noodle dish that is cheap (as long as you have the Asian sauces at home), quick and easy. Should really be eaten with Sambal Oelek.

Ingredients
Noodles
- 500g broccoli
- 250g noodles
- 200g sugar snap peas
- 1 head of cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
- 4 eggs
- Sambal Oelek
Sauce
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Begin by bringing salted water to the boil in a LARGE saucepan (the salad bowl and noodles take up a lot of space and foam).
- Add the broccoli and cook quickly before adding the rest of the vegetables and noodles, cooking for a few minutes until the noodles are done.
- Meanwhile, fry the eggs and mix all the ingredients for the sauce. You can dilute it with a little water if you want more sauce.
- Serve with Sambal Oelek and an egg on top.
