Very herbal sour. Feel complex but is actually rather straight forward. Really tasty!

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Irish Whiskey
  • 30 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 30 ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 30 ml Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a lime twist
