Similar to a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned, but a bit easier to drink! Really nice if you want something boozy!

1 cocktail

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon whiskey
• 22.g ml Cynar
• 10 ml Rich Syrup (2:1)
• 1 dash Chocolate bitters

Instructions

1. Combine the ingredients
2. Stir with ice until chilled
3. Strain over ice into old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
